Give Me 30 Seconds and we'll save a life together
Welcome to the month of April. By the time you are reading this, you will be deep into it. That means I can’t play any April Fool jokes on you. Never been a fan of those anyway. When I was a kid, my favorite radio station 96 Rock in Mexico, announced they were going to be changing formats and playing elevator music, and for half the day they did that, only to announce it was a big April Fool’s Joke
Another BIG deal in April is TAX day! Yep! Deadlines for filing those personal income tax returns. I don’t think most people mind paying taxes as long as they are being put to good use. I think it’s the waste that bothers most of us citizens.
Both days I mentioned above are for sure conversation starters, one full of funny stories, the other maybe not so much, but there are a few days more memorable than the day you buy your dream home. That day is supposed to be a fun, exciting, and great feeling of accomplishment.; ...

Who Cares if the Ground Hog got it right, Spring is still coming! I Promise
Spring is Springing! Yay! I just came inside from shooting a video outside and WOW! It’s nice out! Yes, I realize that when you get this and read it that it could be cold and rainy, but those cold days are just about over. Everyone loves Spring, primarily because it means… summer is near! For many across this great country though, it’s still COLD, grey, and snowy! One thing is for sure, this winter season is coming to an end. It does every year without fail. Just like the weather seasons come and go, so do the seasons of life. I cannot believe I’m 62! My nieces are 36 and 34 with 4 children each and I still remember when they were little and I used to take them to the park and spend afternoons at the pool during the summer. Are you with me when I say that these seasons seem to come and go faster and faster as well as the time? My husband and I were reminiscing the other night how long ; ...

The Love Doctor is IN
Not that I am the Dr. of Love or anything like that… But then again, most probably like to believe they are. After all – Love is many splendid things. When my husband and I were planning our wedding back in 2001, we decided to reveal to all in attendance words that would convey our LOVE for each other. My favorite Love Description is from 1 Corinthians 13: Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts always hopes, and always perseveres. It doesn’t matter your ‘religious persuasion’ to say “yea, that IS a great description of LOVE”. I am talking LOVE because February is the Love month, rightly celebrated with Valentine’s Day.
I could go on with all kinds of examples like – Love Your N ...

Exciting New Year Resolution
As a fellow Lover of Holiday Time, I wanted to share with you some exciting news for the New Year. It seems most people establish New Year’s resolutions, but for whatever reason, they fall short of keeping them. Each year I highlight a great book that helped me and my team dramatically improve our follow through on achieving important goals and I wanted to share that with you – as sort of a Happy New Year After Christmas Gift; more on the book in a moment. Some of your friends, neighbors, associates, or relatives may have aNew Year’s resolution to make a move. Well, we can help them with that, help you, and help the community at the Rotary of Concord at the same time.
UNSURE ABOUT SELLING DURING THE HOLIDAYS
Some homeowners wanting to enjoy this Holiday season are less than enthusiastic because they feel trapped. They are desperate to exit their current home and give themselves a big Christmas Gift – a NEW place to call home. ...

The Greatest Lesson Ever Learned
If it’s OK with you, I want to share something that has had a profound impact on my life. I won't be able to cover all of the ways I’ve been impacted by this lesson in this newsletter, but this one thing undoubtedly has resulted in my personal growth, success in business, and loving relationships more than anything else. I only wish I had learned this much earlier in my life.
In a word the lesson is GRATITUDE. In a few words the lesson is:
‘Learn to be thankful for what you already have, while you pursue all that you want.’
I’m not here to judge anyone today, but I am here to share. I made a vow awhile back to share things that positively impact me with those I care about and just about anyone else willing to listen.
In the hustle of to-do lists and work deadlines, sometimes it’s (too) easy to block out the details of the day, forgetti ...
