DIRECTION, AND INTENTION, DETERMINES DESTINATION!
Not too long ago I heard one of my favorite leaders say these words: “Direction, and intention, determines your destination”. That stuck with me. I don’t know about you but seems daily I battle keeping my mind and feet on a path toward productivity vs just activity. You may have heard me say in past newsletters that Your Routine = Your Results. For me to ensure the right direction of being productive and valuing others each day I need to examine my habits. As you know, we can create and establish effective and productive habits but also develop bad habits.
So, as I began working on HOW to better help myself, my team and you as we head into a new year, I began by looking at MY habits. It is amazing how you can start out with a great routine of good habits but over time - drift. To hedge against that, I looked back at the habits of the most effective people.

The Love Doctor is in...
Not that I am the Dr. of Love or anything like that… But then again, most people would probably like to believe they are. After all -Love is a many splendored thing. When my husband and I were planning our wedding back in 2001, our wedding planner suggested we reveal to all in attendance those words that convey our
LOVE for one another. My favorite Love Description is from 1 Corinthians 13: Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, and always perseveres. It doesn’t matter your ‘religious persuasion’ to say, “Yea, that IS a great description of LOVE”. I am talking LOVE because February is the month of Love, rightly celebrated with Valentine’s Day. I could go on and on, with ; ...

Exciting New Year's Resolution
As a self-described ‘Fellow Lover of Holiday Time’, I wanted to share with you some exciting news for the New Year. It seems most people establish New Year’s resolutions, only to for whatever reason, fall short of keeping them. Each year I highlight a great book that helped me and my team dramatically improve our follow through on achieving important goals and I wanted to share that with you – as sort of a ‘Happy New Year After Christmas Gift’... more on the book in a moment.
Some of your friends, neighbors, associates or relatives may have a New Year’s resolution to make a move. Well we can help them with that, help you and help the community at The Rotary Club of Concord at the same time.

Whoever compels you to go one mile, GO WITH HIM TWO.
Go Serve Big: The Lifetime Customer System.
What is it that separates us from others, whether in athletics or education, in business or the arts, or any other endeavor for that matter?
Is it one’s drive to do more than what is expected or required? One of our team’s core values is Second Mile Service. When focusing on the second mile, we can’t forget there are two miles in play here.
So, before I show you what’s in it for you, in the second mile, let’s document the first mile.
The first mile is simply what is required of us. Yes, we are here to help people buy and sell the place they call home, but there is much more going on than just a real estate transaction. There is A LIFESTYLE CHANGE being pursued..
Our Lifetime Customer System starts the minute we enter into a client relationship and seek to understand what the FIRS; ...

Is it Really the Most Wonderful time of the Year?
You know the song, the one that says, “It’s the most wonderful time of the year?” Well, there is something to it. The current year is coming to a close and the celebration of Christmas and other faith driven holidays offers a special time to give thanks, be joyful, pray for peace and feel hopeful.
If you look around, you will notice this giving spirit exists unlike any other time of the year. But why can’t it be that way everyday, every year? I think it can. It just takes intention and a little effort. Here’s what we’re doing and how you can help.
As we all are anticipating the holidays, some homeowners are less than enthusiastic because they feel trapped. They desperately need to exit their current place and give themselves a big Christmas Gift - a NEW place to call home.
If you or a friend are thinking about selling, make sure to choose a real estate team yo; ...
